Requirements

- Located in the East or Central time zone of the US.
- 2 to 4 years of professional editing or copywriting experience.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines under high-volume workloads.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini for content production.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse writing and editing samples.
- Exceptional command of grammar, tone, and brand voice.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword optimization.
- Experience with WordPress and content scheduling platforms.
- Ability to manage administrative tasks, prompt libraries, and project status logging.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-volume content across social posts, blogs, ad copy, email, and landing pages for 14+ active client accounts.
- Edit, rewrite, and elevate AI-generated content to ensure brand voice accuracy and quality.
- Develop and maintain a library of client-specific prompts for AI content generation.
- Manage individual project queues, track assignment statuses, and maintain organized schedules.
- Proofread and fact-check deliverables to ensure accuracy and remove generic or formulaic content.
- Collaborate with internal teams and evaluate new AI tools for agency adoption.
