Requirements
- 4+ years of writing and editing branded content, or experience at a digital publisher or media company.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt to a specific brand voice.
- Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for research, outlining, and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in Figma for building and QA'ing emails.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and take action.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and client management.
- Experience handling client and legal revisions efficiently while maintaining brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, build in Figma, and QA branded email before it ships.
- Set and document the standards for branded email including voice, quality, and production process.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual production time across the team.
- Coach the team on the use of AI tools to improve production efficiency.
- Pull and analyze email performance data to adjust copy and hit benchmarks.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously and hit deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Flex into other branded content tasks such as articles, newsletter placements, and feed copy.
