Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the Cyber Security field or selling to the Cyber Security vertical.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and closing large account deals of $1MM+.
- Experience executing company sales strategies with a focus on Marketing, Creative, and Digital services.
- Strong writing, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining trusting relationships with peers and clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with services including mobile apps, web development, AI, UI/UX, and AR/VR.
- Experience using and maintaining CRM or sales software is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to increase revenue for marketing and design services.
- Identify, qualify, and procure new Cyber Security clients to diversify and increase profitability.
- Lead pitches and proposals, including drafting response content and collaborating with internal teams.
- Educate clients on the breadth of Mindgrub’s marketing and digital offerings.
- Support kick-off meetings and ensure smooth transitions between sales, production, and the client.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure long-term client and project health.
- Maintain CRM records for all leads, prospects, and client contacts.
