  • Develop and present product strategies and ideas to stakeholders.
  • Lead delivery teams, facilitating ceremonies, writing and refining user stories, and coordinating activities.
  • Conduct workshops to define problems, generate hypotheses, promote ideation, and manage tradeoffs.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to gather and fulfill business requirements and user needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the delivery team and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a prioritized product backlog, defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and 'done' criteria.
  • Manage the product roadmap, aligning value milestones with the development team and stakeholders.
  • Set delivery goals and oversee requirements clarification, planning, and production releases.
  • Collaborate closely with the client’s internal project manager to build trust and ensure alignment.
  • Partner with a Mindgrub Business Analyst.
  • Work with a Mindgrub Account Manager and a Mindgrub Project Manager.
