Requirements
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a high-powered, dynamic, energetic, and results-driven call center environment.
- Demonstrated track record of success in past roles and a stable employment record.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tools like Skype and Microsoft Teams.
- Fluent and able to professionally communicate in verbal and written English.
- More than 1 year of sales, staffing, or 3rd party logistics experience preferred.
- Experience in career services or professional sales/business development preferred.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Experience cold calling in a production-driven environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Influence and empower students and graduates to find employment in their field of study.
- Manage a population of graduates and assist them in job placement in the Allied Healthcare field.
- Provide guidance on interview techniques, workplace expectations, and resume best practices.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve student and graduate employment goals.
- Match graduates to employer positions and maintain ongoing relationships with companies.
- Prepare for and facilitate graduate interviews with employers.
- Contact hiring managers to create new job opportunities, interviews, and placements.
- Source employment opportunities through lead management tools, cold calling, and email.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation related to graduates, employers, and job orders.
- Meet or exceed department metrics including talk time, interviews, and hires.
