Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, employment staffing, or career services.
- Demonstrated strengths in results-driven performance and relationship building.
- Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Home office set up with high-speed internet connection.
- Must be able to be on camera.
Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned territory and build relationships with employers in the allied healthcare sector.
- Proactively engage potential employer partners through cold calling and lead management.
- Develop new and existing relationships to identify future job opportunities for graduates.
- Align graduates with job opportunities and capture interview feedback to assist placement success.
- Ensure timely and compliant documentation of all graduate interactions and employer engagements in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed departmental performance metrics for call volume, interviews, and placements.
