Requirements

  • 3-5 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in the POU industry.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a results-driven, fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to collaborate and use influence cross-functionally.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience with sales quotas.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the acquisition process is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a proactive outreach program to recruit new dealers, especially in underpenetrated markets.
  • Build relationships with dealers that might be good acquisition targets for the M&A team.
  • Pitch Quench’s indirect brands and associated programs and qualify new potential dealers.
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of dealer and acquisition prospects.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional counterparts to ensure alignment of priorities and achieve revenue and EBITDA projections.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Quench at industry events.
