Requirements
- 3-5 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in the POU industry.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a results-driven, fast-moving environment.
- Ability to collaborate and use influence cross-functionally.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Experience with sales quotas.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Familiarity with the acquisition process is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a proactive outreach program to recruit new dealers, especially in underpenetrated markets.
- Build relationships with dealers that might be good acquisition targets for the M&A team.
- Pitch Quench’s indirect brands and associated programs and qualify new potential dealers.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of dealer and acquisition prospects.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional counterparts to ensure alignment of priorities and achieve revenue and EBITDA projections.
- Serve as an ambassador for Quench at industry events.
