Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative assisting international clients.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with current technologies, including CRMs, cloud services, and VoIP.
  • Proficiency with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work graveyard shift.
  • Must have a USB headset with noise cancellation.
  • Must have a working webcam.
  • Main computer: At least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
  • Stable internet: Minimum 25 Mbps wired connection and 10 Mbps backup.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client workflows and tasks using Dubsado CRM.
  • Handle email communication and provide customer service to brides.
  • Manage bookings and invoicing processes.
  • Utilize Asana for project and task management.
  • Maintain communication with the team via Slack.
