Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative assisting international clients.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Impeccable interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with current technologies, including CRMs, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Proficiency with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work graveyard shift.
- Must have a USB headset with noise cancellation.
- Must have a working webcam.
- Main computer: At least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
- Stable internet: Minimum 25 Mbps wired connection and 10 Mbps backup.
Responsibilities
- Manage client workflows and tasks using Dubsado CRM.
- Handle email communication and provide customer service to brides.
- Manage bookings and invoicing processes.
- Utilize Asana for project and task management.
- Maintain communication with the team via Slack.
