Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 3+ years in growth, recruiting, and community engagement in Japan.
- Demonstrated experience owning specific growth targets.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and strong business-level English.
- Hands-on experience in university/campus recruiting or gig/platform marketplace recruiting.
- Proven experience managing influencer and social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in funnel metrics and campaign reporting.
- Practical experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva) and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Bard).
Responsibilities
- Own the Japan growth strategy for Evaluator acquisition aligned with country targets.
- Localize global playbooks for Japanese platforms and cultural context.
- Design and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns using LINE, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage university, travel, and auto community programs to source qualified Evaluators.
- Optimize the full acquisition funnel from first touch to qualification through A/B testing.
- Track and report on core acquisition KPIs using CRM and marketing tools.
- Partner with Operations to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to mission activation.
- Develop and execute targeted nurture communications via email and messaging.
