Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Growth, Performance, Digital Marketing, Product Growth, or a similar role
- Proven experience running end-to-end growth campaigns with measurable business impact
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data to make decisions
- Ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation
- Native Russian and strong English communication skills
- Passion for crypto, fintech, or emerging technologies
Responsibilities
- Drive user growth and reactivation through local growth initiatives and experiments
- Launch and optimise acquisition and activation campaigns based on data and business priorities
- Identify growth opportunities through A/B testing, product experiments, and continuous optimisation
- Monitor key growth metrics, analyse performance, and translate insights into actions
- Work cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Paid Ads, Content, and other teams to execute growth initiatives
