Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the life sciences/biotech industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage the lifecycle of various product types from conceptualization to maturity.
- Successful track record of working effectively across multiple functions.
- Strong organizational skills to drive, multi-task, and prioritize projects.
- Excellent computing skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms including HubSpot, analytics tools, and social media channels.
- Ability to travel up to 20% internationally.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of an annual marketing plan and budget.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure alignment with the latest tools, guidelines, and standards.
- Regionalize and localize core marketing programs across APJ countries.
- Craft, develop, and distribute marketing collaterals and campaign assets to enhance customer engagement and generate leads.
- Implement lead and demand generation activities to broaden the customer database in APJ.
- Lead and drive co-marketing activities with channel partners including physical, hybrid, and virtual events.
- Analyze marketing plans to optimize and enhance marketing campaigns.
- Source, engage, and collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
- Drive paid media initiatives to bolster brand awareness in the region.
- Establish and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
