Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, digital media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Proven experience in campaign management and digital media planning.
  • Hands-on experience using AI or Canva for content and visual creation.
  • Full professional proficiency in Cantonese and English.
  • Proficiency in Traditional Chinese.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn based on constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate marketing plans and strategies for new product launches and market penetration.
  • Manage campaign schedules and offer logs using Monday.com.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns, including FB/IG ads, Google ads, eDM, and campaign page creation.
  • Develop campaign and creative briefs based on product marketing direction and coordinate with agencies.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to drive growth.
  • Coordinate with commercial operations for material asset approval and launch.
  • Review platforms for content accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze market competitors and consumer insights to sharpen marketing programs.
  • Report issues and suggest process improvements to the Product Manager.
