- Support the end-to-end rewards fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of rewards to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and redemption centers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of rewards.
- Track and update inventory levels, flagging low stock and supporting the Procurement team to maintain adequate supply.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address inquiries and resolve escalations related to reward fulfillment within SLAs.
- Maintain fulfillment performance data and assist in generating reports to provide operational insights.
- Assist in identifying areas for optimization to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure fulfillment processes align with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Work with teams such as procurement, marketing, and customer service to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support for weekly team updates, KPI tracking, and resolving blockers as needed.
