Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification
- 5+ years of experience in international student recruitment, education sales, or related sectors
- Strong understanding of international higher education systems and student conversion processes
- Proven ability to meet or exceed enrollment or sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
- Experience working with education agents, institutions, or international student pipelines
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills (including Excel proficiency)
- Willingness to travel extensively across India and occasionally internationally
- Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously in field-based roles
- Experience using CRM systems and digital engagement tools
Responsibilities
- Represent the institution at recruitment events, school visits, webinars, and education fairs across the region
- Build and manage relationships with recruitment partners, schools, universities, and feeder institutions
- Drive lead generation and application conversion through targeted outreach and engagement initiatives
- Oversee event planning, logistics, communications, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide accurate guidance to prospective students on admissions requirements, timelines, and processes
- Monitor recruitment performance, track KPIs, and report outcomes using structured data and insights
- Support alumni engagement initiatives and contribute to strengthening regional brand visibility
- Ensure alignment of all activities with institutional recruitment strategies and compliance standards
