Requirements
- Senior-level experience as a Product Manager focused on integrations, APIs, or platform ecosystems.
- Proven experience building trusted relationships with external organizations.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders and navigate cross-functional trade-offs.
- Passion for UX and creating seamless, simple user experiences for data syncing.
- Must be proficient in Cursor and/or Claude Code to autonomously build and debug code.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Experience with HRIS/Payroll platforms like Workday, HiBob, BambooHR, Personio, ADP, or Paychex (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery for Remote’s APIs and partner APIs, covering data mapping, authentication, and compliance.
- Prioritize integration initiatives based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and operational complexity.
- Orchestrate collaboration between engineering, design, GTM, sales, and external partners.
- Ensure high-quality integration reliability, error handling, and supportability in customer workflows.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for integration performance, including adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Translate product feedback into actionable improvements for APIs and product capabilities.
