Requirements
- 8+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
- 5+ years leading Product Managers or managing multiple product teams.
- Proven experience owning business outcomes across multiple products or domains.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and organizational development skills.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing Product organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management across Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
- Experience managing complex product portfolios and cross-team dependencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
- Fluent English (C1+).
- Fluent Russian.
- Experience leveraging AI to improve product management workflows is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and develop Product Managers across multiple product areas.
- Build an autonomous, high-performing team with a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Translate company strategy into measurable product outcomes.
- Drive prioritization based on business impact and customer value.
- Ensure roadmap investments deliver measurable results.
- Own portfolio planning and roadmap alignment across multiple teams.
- Improve delivery predictability, execution quality, and cross-functional coordination.
- Establish operating mechanisms, planning frameworks, and Product Management best practices.
- Foster strong collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and GTM.
- Help the team adopt AI-enabled workflows to improve productivity.
