Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform.
- Strong understanding of talent management processes including recruiting, mobility, performance, and skills.
- Experience in a consulting environment.
- Ability to lead client workshops and present confidently to stakeholders.
- Experience with HRIS integrations (Workday experience strongly preferred).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience designing skills-based organizations.
- Familiarity with AI-driven talent analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions to understand client talent strategy and business goals.
- Design and configure Eightfold Talent Management solutions aligned to best practices.
- Translate business requirements into functional design documentation.
- Configure Eightfold modules including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Skills, and Career Hub.
- Support data mapping, integrations, testing, and deployment.
- Guide clients through change management and adoption strategies.
- Deliver end-user and administrator training.
- Advise clients on skills-based talent strategies and AI-driven workforce planning.
