Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience implementing Eightfold Talent Intelligence Platform.
  • Strong understanding of talent management processes including recruiting, mobility, performance, and skills.
  • Experience in a consulting environment.
  • Ability to lead client workshops and present confidently to stakeholders.
  • Experience with HRIS integrations (Workday experience strongly preferred).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience designing skills-based organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven talent analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client talent strategy and business goals.
  • Design and configure Eightfold Talent Management solutions aligned to best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into functional design documentation.
  • Configure Eightfold modules including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Skills, and Career Hub.
  • Support data mapping, integrations, testing, and deployment.
  • Guide clients through change management and adoption strategies.
  • Deliver end-user and administrator training.
  • Advise clients on skills-based talent strategies and AI-driven workforce planning.
