Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, bioinformatics).
- Change management certification (e.g., CCMP, ProSci).
- 5-7 years of relevant industry experience in pharmaceutical R&D, biotechnology, or agritech.
- 2-3 years of formal change management experience.
- Familiarity with leading informatics solutions (e.g., ELN, LIMS).
- Knowledge of scientific workflows such as bioanalysis, compound management, or medicinal chemistry.
- Experience with key data concepts in the life sciences industry.
- Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and manage project deliverables.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to travel (up to 25%) to client sites and internal meetings.
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute change management strategies and deliverables for client engagements.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles.
- Drive business analysis deliverables including URS, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Conduct vendor evaluations and define implementation strategies for pharma/biotech/agritech clients.
- Manage large projects including estimation, scheduling, risk management, and milestone tracking.
- Collaborate to build internal change management capabilities and provide mentorship to associates.
- Assist in proposal development, RFP responses, and the creation of white papers or case studies.
