Requirements
- 6+ years of client-facing consulting experience with exposure to M&A integration.
- Proven delivery experience across the M&A lifecycle: pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-close merger integration.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional integration workstreams at large organizations (5,000+ employees).
- Solid change management experience, including guiding organizations through real transitions.
- Experience working in global or multi-geography M&A environments with cross-border complexity.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build client relationships.
- Deep functional knowledge in a corporate back-office domain (HR, Finance, IT, or Supply Chain) in the context of M&A.
- Experience working alongside or within an Integration Management Office (IMO).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, psychology, or a related discipline.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of complex, cross-functional M&A integration initiatives from pre-close planning through post-merger stabilization.
- Manage project planning, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and resource coordination within the Integration Management Office.
- Build strong relationships with client deal teams, integration management offices, and executive sponsors.
- Develop and execute change management and communications strategies for cultural integration and organizational redesign.
- Mentor and manage junior team members by providing direct, actionable feedback.
- Support business development by identifying opportunities and shaping proposals.
