Requirements

- 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and set priorities.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
- Must be available for 0-10% travel.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for contractor positions.
- Manage the full offer process including negotiation and acceptance.
- Coordinate administrative hiring processes and new contractor onboarding.
- Maintain relationships with the Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, and HR departments.
- Monitor market conditions and provide regular recruitment updates to management.
- Execute recruitment strategies including advertising and remote techniques.
- Ensure all assigned accounts meet customer satisfaction objectives.
