  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and set priorities.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.
  • Must be available for 0-10% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for contractor positions.
  • Manage the full offer process including negotiation and acceptance.
  • Coordinate administrative hiring processes and new contractor onboarding.
  • Maintain relationships with the Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, and HR departments.
  • Monitor market conditions and provide regular recruitment updates to management.
  • Execute recruitment strategies including advertising and remote techniques.
  • Ensure all assigned accounts meet customer satisfaction objectives.
