Requirements
- 2+ years of related recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated ability to use creative sourcing and employer branding strategies.
- Strong copywriting instincts with an eye for compelling, on-brand messaging.
- Proven ability to conduct effective interviews via video, including large-group formats.
- Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Google Suite, Slack, Jira, or similar CRM and communication platforms.
- Strong organizational and proactive communication skills.
- Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Attract and hire qualified 1099 Representatives, owning the candidate experience from initial contact through offer.
- Partner with program teams to define and refine candidate personas to align sourcing with field requirements.
- Craft creative, on-brand job postings and A/B test messaging to optimize applicant quality.
- Experiment with unconventional sourcing strategies to identify non-traditional talent.
- Conduct interviews via video and in large-group formats to assess skills and aptitudes.
- Build relationships with internal management to understand program needs and drive hiring progress.
