- RG146 (or equivalent) compliance
- At least 5 years' experience in superannuation claims, including insured and non-insured claims
- Experience managing complex and disputed claims, including AFCA matters
- Strong knowledge of superannuation law and insurance products
- Understanding of Trustee obligations and governance frameworks
- Passion for sustainable finance and environmental impact
Responsibilities
- Oversee the assessment and decision-making of insured and non-insured superannuation claims
- Ensure claims outcomes align with Trustee obligations, fund rules, and regulatory requirements
- Manage complex and disputed claims, including challenging insurer and administrator decisions
- Monitor service provider performance and provide reporting and insights
- Identify emerging risks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide expert guidance across the business on claims-related matters
