Bachelor's degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field with 7 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 11 years of experience.
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with prototyping platforms.
Strong understanding of design systems and accessibility standards.
Knowledge of responsive design principles.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation, and prototyping is a plus.

Lead end-to-end design projects from strategy and research through implementation.
Develop and deliver design insights and solutions that enhance product usability and brand experience.
Collaborate across product management, engineering, and marketing to co-author design briefs and translate requirements into design objectives.
Produce high-quality UX/UI deliverables including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
Conduct and interpret user research, usability testing, and market trend analysis.
Mentor and coach junior designers on best practices and design standards.
Maintain brand and accessibility guidelines across digital touchpoints.
Participate in design reviews and influence stakeholders with clear rationale.
