Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience.
- Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex features in software or platform environments.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Strong fluency in Figma and modern design tooling.
- Experience with AI-assisted design workflows.
- Hands-on experience with usability testing.
- Experience synthesizing behavioral and product analytics.
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards.
- Ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities
- Own product design end-to-end from discovery and wireframes through high-fidelity UI and production-ready handoff.
- Actively build, maintain, and enforce a consistent component library to accelerate design and engineering velocity.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to translate ambiguous briefs into clear design solutions.
- Run usability tests and synthesize product analytics to inform design iterations.
- Ensure WCAG 2.2 compliance as a default standard in all designs.
- Leverage AI tools to compress design cycles.
