Requirements
- 8+ years of senior UX experience.
- At least 3 years of experience leading platform or brand-consolidation projects.
- Portfolio demonstrating experience in regulated-industry product design such as healthcare, financial services, or insurance.
- Proven ability to balance UX strategy with visual execution.
- Strong understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and multi-persona design.
- Proficiency in design systems and Figma component libraries.
- Experience designing for parity across iOS, Android, and responsive web.
- Ability to work within existing brand guidelines while introducing original visual decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design information architecture and navigation across web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
- Develop an RBAC-based navigation and interaction model that accommodates participants, employers, brokers, and internal CSRs.
- Create a design system based on existing corporate brand guidelines.
- Establish a unified visual language to bridge health and retirement product lines.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for engineering handoff.
- Generate design specifications including Figma component libraries, design tokens, and redlines.
