Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise software.
- Demonstrable experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
- Experience working in agile or iterative development environments.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Familiarity with user research tools and methodologies.
- Experience in conversational design for chatbots and voice-based interactions is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to design decisions.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting and justifying design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to iterate on designs and integrate feedback throughout the development cycle.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
- Lead the end-to-end design process from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system that reflects brand standards.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to develop personas and user journeys.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to drive design choices and validate concepts.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
