- Portfolio showing strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft in systems-heavy products.
- Proven track record of owning projects from problem definition through launch and measurable impact.
- Deep empathy for users and an instinct for creating effortless, trustworthy experiences.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making progress without complete information.
- Strong point of view balanced with openness to feedback and iteration.
- Clear communication and collaborative skills when working with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with modern design and AI tools (e.g., Figma, Claude, Cursor).
Responsibilities
- Own product areas end-to-end: from problem definition through launch and iteration.
- Translate complex product and operational requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Validate assumptions through lightweight research including talking directly with customers and running usability tests.
- Utilize AI tools in the design workflow to explore edge cases, pressure-test logic, and prototype flows.
- Share work openly in critique and reviews to foster a culture of quality and clarity.
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system by extending components and defining scalable patterns.
