Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Design experience working closely with product and engineering partners.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong critical thinking, data-informed decisions, and high level of craft from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in ideating new concepts using AI-based rapid prototyping.
- Effective stakeholder management skills for partnering with designers, researchers, PMs, engineering, and data analysts.
- Experience working on '0-1' consumer products in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Proven ability to inform design decisions by leveraging user research and quantitative data.
- Experience conducting unmoderated usability tests and synthesizing results into actionable steps.
- Mastery of Figma, including interactive prototyping and working with design libraries.
- Proficiency in standard collaboration and documentation tools including Figjam, Notion, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
- Preferred: Fintech experience.
- Preferred: Experience in data visualization.
- Preferred: Experience with UX writing.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Amplitude for data gathering and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design solutions.
- Advocate for user-centered design practices and ensure the delivery of high-quality, intuitive products.
- Leverage AI to lead the team through rapid prototyping and testing to ideate new high-quality concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, data, and UXR to identify key initiatives and define metrics of success.
- Utilize research, data analytics, and competitive analysis to proactively inform the product roadmap.
- Build consensus among conflicting data and viewpoints to guide stakeholders toward impactful decisions.
- Contribute to the growth and consistency of the Super.com design systems.
