Requirements

  • 5+ years of security industry experience, primarily in consultative, customer-facing roles.
  • Deep technical expertise in two or more security product spaces (e.g., EDR, NDR, SIEM, Cloud security, IAM).
  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering or professional services.
  • Understanding of enterprise security operations and challenges.
  • Strong consultative skills with an emphasis on listening and understanding customer context.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences, from analysts to security directors.

Responsibilities

  • Drive platform adoption and technical health metrics for assigned accounts to ensure full leverage of Expel capabilities.
  • Build deep technical relationships with security practitioners, architects, and technical leaders.
  • Advise customers on security program improvements, detection strategies, and technology investment optimization.
  • Support CSM-led quarterly business reviews with technical content and expertise.
  • Handle troubleshooting, integration challenges, and technical incident response coordination.
  • Identify technical expansion opportunities through new integrations or additional coverage.
