Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel sales, territory sales, or business development.
- Proven track record in HVAC, building products, or a related trade industry.
- Technical fluency in ductless heat pump systems, including mini-split installation and sales processes.
- Ability to travel 50–75% of the time throughout the assigned region.
- Strong hunter-farmer mindset with experience managing and growing accounts.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with installers, shop owners, and executives.
- Self-directed work style with experience managing own pipeline and territory strategy.
- Existing professional network of HVAC contractors in the Pacific Northwest preferred.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit HVAC contractors, dealers, and distributors to expand the partner base.
- Present the Quilt Partner Program value proposition and guide prospective partners through enrollment.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle including pipeline development and performance monitoring.
- Conduct regular in-person site visits for sales coaching and installation ride-alongs.
- Deliver product and sales training to partner teams regarding technical installs and sales techniques.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to support partner lead programs and co-op funds.
- Gather and provide actionable field feedback to internal product and operations teams.
