Requirements
- Experience in structured-thinking environments (consulting, banking, corporate development, or strategy) plus an operating role.
- Exceptional program management abilities to structure ambiguity and manage multiple workstreams.
- Strong commercial and financial fluency including SaaS metrics and unit economics.
- Proficiency with M&A, diligence, or post-merger integration lifecycles.
- Active use of AI tools to increase efficiency and analytical capability.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly in executive-grade materials.
- Experience with PE-backed or high-growth SaaS environments is preferred.
- Background in vertical SaaS or field-service/SMB software is preferred.
- Familiarity with reporting, planning, and exit-readiness expectations for PE sponsors.
Responsibilities
- Project-manage active M&A end to end including diligence, tracking, and post-close integration.
- Serve as connective tissue between deal teams and organizational functions such as Legal, People, Finance, and Product.
- Run annual and quarterly planning cadences to turn decisions into tracked operating plans.
- Drive the company value-creation roadmap and maintain accountability across functions.
- Pressure-test and prioritize initiatives, including building business cases and market assessments.
- Drive important cross-functional initiatives and maintain a single source of truth for priorities.
- Build reporting discipline and operational rigor to improve KPI reliability and enterprise value.
