Requirements
- Experience working in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments.
- Must have a hard-wired Ethernet connection (satellite internet and 4G/5G hotspots are not supported).
- Ability to learn custom software, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps, Five9, and Zoom.
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment or working with minimal peer interaction.
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to new processes.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods and possess manual dexterity for computer work.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by 24/7 operations.
- Must attend a mandatory multi-week intensive training program at the start of employment.
Responsibilities
- Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life, quality-of-life, and behavioral pet care needs.
- Provide compassionate customer service to pet families through positive interactions.
- Answer high-volume customer service calls in a remote work environment.
- Document pet medical information accurately and schedule appointments effectively.
- Meet all productivity, quality, and performance standards.
- Maintain punctuality and adhere to assigned shift schedules and attendance standards.
