Requirements

  • Formal clinical background in sleep or respiratory diagnostics (e.g., registered sleep/respiratory physiologist, clinical scientist, or RPSGT).
  • Proven commercial or clinical-specialist experience in medical devices or diagnostics.
  • Clinical credibility to hold peer-level conversations with consultants and clinical teams.
  • Ability to demonstrate and train clinical staff on diagnostic platforms unaided.
  • Proficiency in clinical sleep disorders and diagnostic pathways including polysomnography, HSAT, and CPAP titration.
  • Understanding of manual sleep staging and event scoring to AASM guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
  • Ability to self-manage a national field role with sound CRM discipline.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the field relationship with Onera’s UK clinical service provider partner, acting as the day-to-day point of contact.
  • Enable and support partner teams by equipping them to position Onera products accurately.
  • Coordinate joint account planning with the partner to identify target hospitals and sleep services.
  • Build demand from the clinical level up by winning the confidence of sleep and respiratory consultants and teams.
  • Demonstrate and train clinical staff on the Onera platform unaided.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility to track clinical engagement.
  • Act as the primary field clinical and commercial point of contact for troubleshooting and escalations.
