Requirements
- Formal clinical background in sleep or respiratory diagnostics (e.g., registered sleep/respiratory physiologist, clinical scientist, or RPSGT).
- Proven commercial or clinical-specialist experience in medical devices or diagnostics.
- Clinical credibility to hold peer-level conversations with consultants and clinical teams.
- Ability to demonstrate and train clinical staff on diagnostic platforms unaided.
- Proficiency in clinical sleep disorders and diagnostic pathways including polysomnography, HSAT, and CPAP titration.
- Understanding of manual sleep staging and event scoring to AASM guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
- Ability to self-manage a national field role with sound CRM discipline.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Manage the field relationship with Onera’s UK clinical service provider partner, acting as the day-to-day point of contact.
- Enable and support partner teams by equipping them to position Onera products accurately.
- Coordinate joint account planning with the partner to identify target hospitals and sleep services.
- Build demand from the clinical level up by winning the confidence of sleep and respiratory consultants and teams.
- Demonstrate and train clinical staff on the Onera platform unaided.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility to track clinical engagement.
- Act as the primary field clinical and commercial point of contact for troubleshooting and escalations.
