Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in program or project management, marketing operations, or revenue operations.
- Strong background in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience building operating systems and cadences rather than just tracking tasks.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot/Marketo.
- Proficiency with project management tooling.
- Demonstrated experience rolling out agentic AI workflows and driving team adoption.
- Ability to influence without authority in a collaborative, low-ego environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience standing up a marketing operations function (nice to have).
- Experience supporting a company through diligence or an exit (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Own the planning cadence, QBRs, roadmap, and the campaign and content intake and traffic system.
- Manage dependencies across pillars to ensure creation-to-conversion handoffs.
- Own the martech and process backbone, including Salesforce and Pardot administration.
- Maintain the attribution model's plumbing for clean pipeline reporting.
- Define and drive the adoption of AI and agentic workflows across the marketing team.
- Run delivery for major cross-functional programs such as AI-first repositioning and exit readiness.
