Requirements
- 7+ years of project management or technical IT experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with interdependent workstreams.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools and platforms (generative AI, automation, data pipelines).
- Exceptional communication skills, comfortable presenting to technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.
- Track record of leading with accountability, clarity, and composure under pressure.
- Proficiency in enterprise project management platforms like Workfront.
- Experience with collaboration and documentation tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain full ownership across multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for project health by proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.
- Facilitate solution development with subject matter experts and build comprehensive project plans and risk registers.
- Lead governance and reporting cadences including status meetings, standups, milestone reviews, and executive-level updates.
- Collaborate directly with IT, Security, Engineering, and QA teams to manage timelines.
- Guide teams and stakeholders through shifting priorities using change management best practices.
- Model documentation hygiene and PM best practices, and contribute to PMO process development.
