Requirements
- Senior-level experience as a Product Manager focused on integrations, APIs, or platform ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code required for autonomous building, debugging, and shipping code.
- Proven experience building trusted relationships with external organizations.
- Strong ability to align cross-functional stakeholders and navigate trade-offs.
- Deep empathy for customers and strong UX sensibilities regarding data workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms (e.g., Workday, HiBob, BambooHR, Personio, ADP, Paychex) is preferred.
- Ability to explain complex technical integrations to non-technical executives.
Responsibilities
- Lead deep-dive technical discovery into Remote’s APIs and partner APIs.
- Prioritize integration work based on customer needs, product impact, technical feasibility, and operational complexity.
- Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, design, operations, GTM, sales, CX, and partners.
- Translate customer and partner requirements into clear technical specs, manage dependencies, and unblock delivery.
- Ensure data accuracy, sync reliability, error handling, observability, and supportability.
- Establish and track KPIs for technical performance and customer outcomes.
- Drive product feedback for APIs, CLIs, and the platform overall.
