- Consistent track record as a top performer meeting lead generation and sales objectives.
- 2+ years of partner sales experience.
- 5+ years of experience on the service side of the automotive industry.
- Analytical ability to drive strong commercial outcomes.
- High level of energy, creativity, enthusiasm, initiative, and professionalism.
- Strong aptitude for quickly building rapport with prospects.
- Self-starter attitude with solid organizational, logistical, and planning skills.
- Ability and flexibility to travel frequently (up to 75%).
- Previous SaaS experience.
- Previous experience presenting to smaller audiences.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage and nurture an established partnership to enable partner success and adoption of Tekmetric.
- Evaluate the strategic and economic impact of potential opportunities with partners.
- Run point on all aspects of deal execution, from deal structuring to negotiating and legal contracting.
- Collaborate internally with key stakeholders including marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Build and maintain key relationships with C-level executives.
- Contribute to shaping platform partnership strategy and building repeatable processes.
