Requirements

  • Prior experience in an SDR or BDR role with a strong focus on outbound prospecting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or activity quotas through cold outreach.
  • Strong communication and phone presence, with the ability to engage decision-makers confidently in early-stage conversations.
  • Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales engagement platforms like Outreach.
  • Familiarity with qualification frameworks such as BANT (MEDDIC a plus).
  • Ability to research accounts, identify opportunities, and build structured outreach strategies.
  • Strong resilience, persistence, and comfort working in a high-volume outbound environment.
  • Experience in SaaS or vertical SaaS environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach to engage decision-makers and generate qualified meetings.
  • Research and identify new prospects within assigned territories to complement marketing-generated leads and expand pipeline coverage.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured discovery conversations and established qualification frameworks.
  • Book and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives while ensuring context and account information is accurately documented.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on target accounts, messaging, and conversion strategies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring up-to-date tracking of activities, contacts, and opportunity progression.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity, conversion, and pipeline generation targets.
