- 1+ years of work experience in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR.
- High proficiency in English within a business environment.
- Successful experience working for a U.S.-based Tech company.
- Experience selling to U.S. prospects with a strong focus on cold-calling.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive with time management.
- Resilient with the ability to handle rejection.
- Coachable and willing to learn new processes.
- Sound judgment when handling new situations.
Responsibilities
- Utilize outbound sales skills through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Generate interest and schedule meetings with Finance, Operations, and IT leaders.
- Manage and maintain sales pipelines using modern sales technology tools.
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales.
- Refine sales messaging to improve engagement and success rates.
