  • High proficiency in English within a business environment.
  • Successful experience working for a U.S.-based Tech company.
  • Experience selling to U.S. prospects with a strong focus on cold-calling.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with time management.
  • Resilient with the ability to handle rejection.
  • Coachable and willing to learn new processes.
  • Sound judgment when handling new situations.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize outbound sales skills through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Generate interest and schedule meetings with Finance, Operations, and IT leaders.
  • Manage and maintain sales pipelines using modern sales technology tools.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales.
  • Refine sales messaging to improve engagement and success rates.
