Requirements
- 1+ years of work experience in a high-velocity sales environment as an SDR/BDR.
- High proficiency in English within a business environment.
- Experience working for a U.S.-based Tech company selling to U.S. prospects.
- Strong focus on cold-calling.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Empathetic with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Self-motivated and proactive with time management.
- Ability to handle rejection with grit.
- Resourceful in finding new ways to open doors.
- Coachable and willing to learn.
- Highly positive outlook and sound judgment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize outbound sales methods, including cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn messages.
- Generate interest and meetings from Finance, Operations, and IT leaders.
- Develop skills across a broad range of modern sales technology tools, including Salesforce, Groove, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Work closely with a Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales to refine sales skills.
- Help refine sales messaging to optimize success.
