Requirements

  • 1+ years of work experience in a high-velocity sales environment as an SDR/BDR.
  • High proficiency in English within a business environment.
  • Experience working for a U.S.-based Tech company selling to U.S. prospects.
  • Strong focus on cold-calling.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Empathetic with strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with time management.
  • Ability to handle rejection with grit.
  • Resourceful in finding new ways to open doors.
  • Coachable and willing to learn.
  • Highly positive outlook and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize outbound sales methods, including cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Generate interest and meetings from Finance, Operations, and IT leaders.
  • Develop skills across a broad range of modern sales technology tools, including Salesforce, Groove, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Work closely with a Sales Development Manager, Enablement Manager, and Head of Sales to refine sales skills.
  • Help refine sales messaging to optimize success.
