Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or a similar B2B marketing role.
  • Proven experience planning and delivering both virtual and in-person events from concept through execution.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and international teams.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience managing event budgets, vendors, timelines, and logistics.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within North America to support event execution.
  • Professional English proficiency for candidates based in Québec.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse portfolio of marketing events across North America, including conferences, webinars, partner events, executive roundtables, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Develop event plans, budgets, timelines, and success metrics aligned with broader marketing objectives and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, sales teams, and marketing colleagues to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with content and creative teams to develop engaging event themes, messaging, branding, and promotional materials.
  • Manage external vendors, venues, suppliers, and event logistics while ensuring high-quality delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee on-site event operations, including setup, attendee experience, vendor coordination, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Monitor event performance, prepare post-event reports, analyze results against KPIs, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
  • Provide additional support for marketing activities such as social media publishing, database maintenance, and integrated campaign execution.
