Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in field marketing, lifecycle/CRM, or marketing operations.
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior marketing role.
- Demonstrated success leading campaigns and teams to measurable growth outcomes.
- Proficiency with ServiceTitan (or equivalent).
- Proficiency with Hatch (or equivalent).
- Proficiency with Marketing Pro (or equivalent).
- Strong technical skills in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute strategic field marketing plans aligning with revenue, capacity, and seasonality.
- Own the field marketing budget and allocate spend across markets to maximize ROI.
- Lead and mentor brand marketing managers and the marketing specialist team to meet KPIs and quality standards.
- Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns including digital, print, and traditional media.
- Oversee CRM lifecycle journeys and automations to drive lead conversion and repeat business.
- Report weekly executive performance metrics, including CPL, CPA, booking rates, and LTV.
- Partner with the Director of Digital on attribution, SEO, and CRM integrations.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, SLAs, and campaign outcomes.
