Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in field marketing, lifecycle/CRM, or marketing operations (multi-location/home services preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior marketing role with a track record of driving measurable growth.
- Fluency with analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for data-driven decision making.
- Demonstrated ownership of CRM lifecycle campaigns and new customer acquisition strategies.
- Required proficiency with ServiceTitan or equivalent platforms.
- Required proficiency with Hatch or equivalent platforms.
- Required proficiency with Marketing Pro or equivalent platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute field marketing plans across digital and traditional channels aligned with revenue and seasonality.
- Manage the field marketing budget and allocate spend to maximize ROI.
- Lead and mentor brand marketing managers and marketing specialists while maintaining clear SLAs.
- Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns including email, SMS, direct mail, and broadcast media.
- Oversee CRM lifecycle journeys and automations to drive lead conversion and repeat business.
- Produce weekly executive reports and analyze performance KPIs such as CPL, CPA, and revenue.
- Collaborate with the Director of Digital on attribution, call tracking, and search engine optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate vendors and creative agencies to ensure consistent brand voice and compliance.
