Requirements
- Experience in strategy, portfolio management, program management, PMO, business operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of portfolio governance, structured delivery methodologies, and operational excellence principles.
- Experience managing complex initiatives using portfolio management tools, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience supporting executive-level reporting and decision-making.
- Experience facilitating workshops, planning sessions, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across multiple teams.
- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid delivery methodologies, or enterprise transformation frameworks is preferred.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, consulting, or large-scale transformation programs is a plus.
- Exposure to enterprise PMO, Program Operations, or governance functions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
- Establish and manage portfolio governance structures, including meeting cadences, decision forums, and escalation processes.
- Maintain end-to-end visibility of portfolio health, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and execution progress.
- Ensure consistent application of SET methodologies, governance standards, and enterprise delivery frameworks across initiatives.
- Support the definition of program roles, responsibilities, and governance guardrails to promote accountability and alignment.
- Facilitate portfolio intake, prioritization, scoping sessions, and cross-functional planning workshops.
- Develop and maintain portfolio management tools, dashboards, trackers, and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor resource allocation, portfolio demand, initiative status, and execution metrics to support leadership decisions.
- Track and report on KPIs, execution progress, and value realization across strategic initiatives.
