Requirements
- 3–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Experience working in-house, within an RPO environment, or for a recruitment/staffing agency.
- Proven experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
- Experience recruiting across different industries and professional-level positions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Advanced English (written and verbal) is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process for candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
- Support multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting project timelines.
- Collaborate with the broader RPO team to continuously improve recruitment processes and hiring outcomes.
