Proven experience in Power BI implementation, rollout, or adoption management within an organization.
Background in Business Analysis, Change Management, or a similar business-facing role (non-developer profile preferred).
Strong understanding of Sales and Finance processes, KPIs, and reporting needs.
Experience acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Solid functional knowledge of Power BI to engage credibly with technical teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken), with ability to work in a US-based environment.
Based in Brazil and available to work remotely aligned with US Central Time (UTC-5).

Lead the end-to-end rollout and adoption of Power BI dashboards across Sales and Finance business units.
Coordinate and manage user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring dashboards meet business requirements before deployment.
Support business users transitioning from legacy BI tools (such as IBM Cognos) to Power BI, driving adoption and engagement.
Capture, prioritize, and track user feedback, working closely with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Identify reporting gaps and unmet business needs, translating them into structured requirements for development teams.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring alignment and clear feedback loops.
Deliver training and enablement sessions to improve user adoption and reduce reliance on legacy reporting tools.
