Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of Waterfall development methodology
- Knowledge of Agile development methodology
- Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development
- Ability to facilitate cross-functional team efforts
- Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with new Health Information Technology (HIT) vendors related to new clinical opportunities for Humana's PBM
- Evaluate prospective HIT vendors related to strategic initiatives and new industry guidance
- Coordinate contract execution with new HIT vendors with Humana's PBM
- Manage existing business relationships with external HIT partners
- Drive alignment with cross-functional teams and execute operational transitions
- Provide service to customers based on requirements
- Work with pharmacists and healthcare professionals in a team environment
