Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, IT operations, or enterprise application support.
- Strong understanding of IT application and infrastructure lifecycle processes.
- Experience analyzing enterprise systems and aligning operations with best practices or governance frameworks.
- PMP certification, Agile certification, or equivalent project management qualification.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive designation or Tier 3 (T3) clearance.
- Experience working in structured, compliance-driven environments is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Document existing application and infrastructure operations, processes, and technical practices across enterprise environments.
- Analyze current-state systems and workflows against industry best practices and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Develop actionable plans of action and milestones (POA&M) to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and system performance.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance on the business implications of system design, configuration, and operational decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into system improvements and process enhancements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across application and infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Contribute to documentation standards, process governance, and operational best practices across teams.
