Requirements
- Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.
- Ability to successfully obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust (Entry on Duty) clearance designation.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or AA degree with 7 years of experience, or comparable certification with 9+ years of experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale enterprise applications.
- 4+ years of experience with front and backend functional testing.
- At least 3 years working as a Business Analyst on all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Federal IT projects.
- Strong expertise in eliciting, documenting requirements, and leading DevSecOps teams.
- Proficiency in analysis tools and process flow design tools such as Visio, Mural, JIRA, and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, gather and document requirements in JIRA and Confluence.
- Manage 1 or more scrum teams (Kanban) to ensure that all development tickets are resolved, completed, and accepted within 10 days.
- Support Program Management by providing and documenting inputs on various contract and program related deliverables.
- Participate and provide weekly status updates to government stakeholders.
- Perform manual functional testing for both frontend and backend systems.
- Help lead and execute development teams across many concurrent implementation projects.
- Provide proposal writing for Business Analysis and project management related areas to support business development.
- Work as a Business Analyst with a team of 5–9 full-stack developers.
- Perform end-to-end business process analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for system improvements.
- Represent engineering teams in client engagements, technical demonstrations, design reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
