Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
3–6 years of experience in avionics or safety-critical embedded software development.
Strong programming expertise in C and Python, with hands-on experience in MATLAB/Simulink.
Solid understanding of DO-178C standards and verification processes for aerospace software.
Experience with structural coverage analysis, unit testing, and software validation methodologies.
Familiarity with embedded systems design, software architecture, and system-level engineering concepts.
Experience using Agile methodologies and tools such as DOORS, JAMA, SVN, and JIRA.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in technical environments.

Design, develop, and enhance avionics software using C, Python, and MATLAB/Simulink for safety-critical embedded systems.
Lead full software development lifecycle activities, including requirements analysis, architecture design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Ensure compliance with aerospace standards such as DO-178C, including verification, validation, and structural coverage analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineering, hardware, UX, and product teams to define and deliver solutions.
Support embedded systems design, software architecture decisions, and system-level integration activities.
Participate in unit testing, test automation, and debugging of complex avionics software components.
Use configuration management and lifecycle tools such as DOORS, JIRA, SVN, and JAMA to manage development workflows.
Identify technical challenges and contribute to scalable, high-quality engineering solutions and process improvements.
